Ministry for Regulation - Team Coordinator Secondment Opportunities at Ministry for Regulation, Wellington - Wairarapa Help stand up a new central agencyUse your administrative skills to support a growing teamThe Ministry for Regulation is looking to second two people to support us in Team Coordinator roles.Initial work will include:Setting up meetings and eventsSupporting recruitment activitiesPlanning, diary and file managementWorkflow assistanceData entry and use of Microsoft 365 products to assist team membersWe are a small Ministry working at pace. We need people with a can-do attitude, who are committed to the kaupapa of improving outcomes for New Zealanders and who are willing to lend their expertise to the variety of tasks required each day. Applicants will need to be able to hit the ground running and work pro-actively to support our small but growing team with a variety of administrative work.Secondments of around 4 - 6 months will be considered. As the work is occurring at pace, candidates who are able to be released at short notice from existing agencies may be preferred.Please apply with a CV and cover letter.
