Service DesignerSecondmentWellington Based Te Au Reka - Improving access to justice for all New Zealanders Te Au Reka represents the opportunity of a lifetime, making a profound difference to those who work in and interact with our courts and tribunals. This new digital case management system will help modernise the administration of justice in Aotearoa New Zealand. It will replace highly manual, time-consuming, paper-based processes, transforming the way people access and experience justice in New Zealand.
Te Au Reka is a large, complex and unique programme, spanning courts and tribunals nationwide.In delivering Te Au Reka we're challenging traditional norms in search of more innovative ways of working. This is where you come in. We'll be implementing Te Au Reka over the next few years and are looking for people to be part of our team.
Te Haeata/The Opportunity As the Service Designer, you will be part of the Digital and Information workstream in the Te Au Reka Programme. This will be an ever evolving and improving process, so you will be working closely with both the Programme Digital and Information team and wider Ministry teams. You will also be involved in your Community of Practice at the Ministry.
The Service Designer will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and the Digital Design Manager, to ensure the end-to-end design of the Te Au Reka service is fit for purpose. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the way we work in the Digital & Information workstream, whilst delivering services to our customers. With this large piece of work our customers are everything, and you will need to be outcome focused and willing to muck in where needed.

To be successful in this position you will have:

The appointing salary for this role is between $126,427 and $176,789 based on skills and experience.
