Landscape Draughtsperson

Immediate start! The Draughtperson role is to create concept drawings to provide our clients with a visual of their proposed work and for our company estimator to price jobs from. Our projects are varied and therefore a vast range of design expertise is required. Attributes: * Have knowledge of Vectorworks (highly desirable) and SketchUp Pro, however extensive knowledge of similar CAD software would be considered. * Ability to conceptualise projects from photos and hand drawn sketches. * Undertake site measurements and levels on sites as required. * Be self-managing with the ability to work to timeframes. * Have a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. * Provide a high level of communication with clients and consultants, and file accordingly within our Project Management software system. * Show excellent attention to detail, ability to listen to instructions and ensure they are carried out accurately. * Have a willingness to accept responsibility and ownership of jobs. * Have a full, manual driver's license (desirable). * 'A head for numbers' to assist Estimation Team with costings for quotations is desirable. * An understanding of construction and NZS3604:2011 specifications is desirable.
