Service Delivery Coordinator Service delivery and sales support role in a technology services provider ensuring that services projects contracts and quotes are delivered to timelines and to the highest standards 6 Month Contact North Shore location Responsibilities You will be the main interface between the sales and operational teams and the customers and will be responsible for the following Assisting with proposals and sales administration including contracts and quotes liaising with 3rd parties and internal teams to collate information Ensuring accurate information is recorded in the CRM Become a champion of the sales process constantly seeking areas for improvement Onboarding and set up of new customers ordering hardware internal communications and scheduling 1st point of contact for all service delivery issues educating customers about products and services Support finance team with relevant customer billing information Project Management of implementations and activations To be considered you will have First class customer service skills with at least 2 years experience ideally from a technology or telco background Ability to multi task and accountable to see work through to completion High level of verbal and written communication skills including formal documentation Understanding of project management and coordination A high level of technical understanding and a keen interest to keep up to date with technology trends This is great opportunity to join a team who pride themselves with providing a market leading service by placing the customer at the center of everything they do Tom Gemmill0226455890
