You'll be part of a large team including 2 other Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and 11 technicians with 193 years of Combined Mechanical Experience. So there's always someone who can answer your questions. Your duties will include: Answering phones and emails Taking bookings, scheduling and monitoring of jobs Completing estimates and invoices Filing and Administration tasks Liaising with automotive technicians Parking customer's vehicles Working hours of Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm You'll need to be: Well organised with great time management skills Highly competent with computers and administration tasks Self-motivation with a 'Can Do' attitude Well-presented and cool under pressure Polite and effective with phone and email communications A licensed driver in NZ Experienced in an automotive Service Advisor role, or at least have some mechanical knowledge and a burning desire to learn Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
