If you are looking for a fast-paced customer-focused role, where you can utilise your fantastic people skills, and automotive knowledge, then look no further. We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join us at Armstrong's Subaru Lower Hutt. As our dedicated Service Advisor, you will be part of our Service department team acting as the liaison between our Technicians and our customers. We pride ourselves on our ability to understand each customer's individual needs, with knowledgeable advice at all stages of the servicing process.The OpportunityYou will be scheduling bookings and ensuring that our customers understand what is going to happen to their vehicle.
