The Opportunity Our client is a well-respected boutique practice located in Auckland's CBD. They are seeking an experienced property lawyer to join their friendly specialist team. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of interesting and complex matters, including residential developments, unit titles, construction, subdivisions, sale and purchase of commercial properties, leasing, and property acquisitions.
About You The successful candidate will be confident and committed to providing excellent care for their clients and be adept at relationship building.
Ideally, you will be:
A NZ qualified lawyer with 7+ years' legal experience from another private practice.Prior experience in commercial property is essential.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A confident and professional manner.How to apply?
