This role will involve complex and demanding litigation matters and range from high profile matters to smaller yet equally important issues.ASB Bank invite a Senior Legal Counsel to join the Business Services legal team in this newly created role. Reporting to the Head of Litigation and Disputes, you will partner with stakeholders to provide will provide high quality legal advice to business units across ASB on complex and interesting matters.Your day will traverse regulatory issues, civil proceedings, technology, and compliance, and you enjoy the opportunity to be involved in some ground-breaking cases on a wide variety of issues.
