Senior Residential Property Manager

My client based in Auckland is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their award winning team.
You will need to have exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills as well as excellent business development skills as you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio based in Central and West Auckland.

Your main responsibilities will be:
To develop and maintain excellent relationships with tenants and property owners
Deliver excellent customer service for tenants and property owners
Advertising of new listings and vacant properties
Inspections
Identifying, organising and coordinating repairs and maintenance
Managing all queries in relation to properties and processes
Monitoring rent levels in line with market conditions and undertaking scheduled rent reviews
Development of policy and best practice guidelines for all areas of residential property management
Assisting other staff members when time allows
