This company are an independent specialist property consultancy who deliver a diverse range of projects in the property industry.About the jobThis is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful property team and contribute to important projects that affect all New Zealanders. Some of the work you will be involved with on a typical day includes:Managing client contracts, nurturing and growing client relationships and programme management actionsWork across multiple workstreams including property acquisition and survey and legalisation projects, due diligence, property and project related investigations and assessmentsWorking as part of a team to manage the disposal of surplus Crown, local government and utility provider property across a broad range of clientsProvision of quality advice to our clients and delivering their property strategies and projects.About youIt is essential that you possess PWA experience and understand how to operate successfully in a consulting environmentWith 5+ years of property experience under your belt, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the property industry. You have very strong technical understanding of property and relevant legislation.You will be confident building strong relationships with new and existing clients and have the knack to identify and find opportunities to provide our services to clients.You are committed to delivering a superior client experience, acting as a problem-solver and thinking creatively to find solutions.You will be an excellent communicator. Most importantly you will be focused on quality and always take pride in your work. As a senior, you will take initiative in supporting other colleagues by providing assistance and peer review.With a variety of projects constantly on the go, you'll be a team player and happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You are accountable and take responsibility for your contribution within a project delivery team.
