If you think this could be you - lets talk.For this role you must:Have a relevant Planning DegreeKnow your way around the Resource Management Act 1991.At least 7 years' experience in processing Planning and Resource Management applicationsBe a member of the New Zealand or Australian Planning Institutes (or be eligible for membership)Have the ability to work independently.What will I be part of?The Planning Guidance Unit are a team of dedicated and supportive professionals who thrive on building relationships and working on a variety of projects. To maximise the growth of our teams all planners undertake a wide range of consents, so you won't be pigeonholed into processing just one type.To facilitate this the unit is divided into small teams, overseen by experienced team leads who you can bounce ideas off, and where you can also collaborate with other team members or teams.
