Requirements: As a Program Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring teams' success in delivering a complex program of work, that will involve multiple cross-functional product teams working together. You will have an impact by identifying and removing any roadblocks to ensure the team's ability to deliver a great product to our customers. What you will be doing: Lead the planning, execution and delivery of multiple product initiatives simultaneously within the program of work, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and scope. Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalating when needed. Management and tracking of initiatives and cross-team dependencies. Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments, and progress. Encourages a culture of team-driven decision-making and commitment. What you will bring: Proven experience in both program and project management, preferably in a SaaS environment. Strong leadership, key stakeholder management skills and orchestration capability in a complex technology environment. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Solid understanding of the SDLC in a tech product company and how they work together, including product managers, product designers, software engineers, and product marketers. Ability to work autonomously and operate in a fast-paced changing environment. You love to navigate ambiguity. Strong influencer and great communication skills.
