We are looking for a full time, permanent Senior Payroll and HRIS Advisor for our Otahuhu office.
Stepping into this sole charge position will see you assume the mantle of leader to our entire payroll function. Boredom will become a thing of the past as you apply your broad knowledge of all aspects of HR to this position, enjoying the variety and autonomy it affords you. Along with managing our weekly and fortnightly payroll runs, you will also provide crucial operational support and project management to the implementation of our new HRIS platform as we work on eliminating our manual processes and digitalising and automating our payroll function. That passion for systems you have - and ability to comfortably challenge the status quo when necessary - will come in handy as you review, reform and design new policies to enhance our operational success through our new system.
Key functions for the position include:
You'll be drawing upon your 5 or so years' of payroll experience and it goes without saying that you are comfortable working autonomously and taking accountability for your own work. You will need prior experience in HRIS development projects and/or implementing new software systems
