We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer who has experience working on complex, multi-site networks. As the point of escalation for technical matters, you will be extremely confident working with wired and wireless technologies, datacentre and campus architectures, QoS, advanced routing and multicast protocols.
You will also be a strong communicator and an inclusive team member who values sharing of knowledge and helping staff develop. Your technical background and experience will enable you to help improve the way we monitor and manage the network.
ITS is responsible for the provision, maintenance and support of information and communication technology for staff and students at Massey University. Spanning three campuses; Auckland, Palmerston North and Wellington we currently employ over 3,500 people, both full and part-time. Approximately 18,000 students are enrolled across those campuses, with an additional 17,000 students enrolled as national and worldwide distance learning (extramural) students.
