Instead you will have the occasional walk-in, and will speak with customers by phone, via email, and on Live Chat.As part of a national team, travel to our Thames office to connect with the wider team (2 days/week) will be a requirement of this position.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement Excellence: Be the frontline ambassador of our company, providing prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to customers through inbound calls. Your dedication to excellence will strengthen and maintain customer loyalty while ensuring high feedback scores.Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs, showcasing our solutions and value propositions effectively. Your ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively will be instrumental in securing new business opportunities.Timely Action Management: Ensure all ad hoc requests and activities related to projects are addressed promptly and effectively within agreed timeframes, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.This role will include the performance of tasks such as:Achieving sales through converting inbound leadsProposal and quote preparationResponding to inbound phone calls and assisting customers with technical requirementsDetermining the quantities of materials, resources, or components required for a construction project based on information provided in project plans.Proactively working with other Cirtex teams to consistently achieve sales goals and targets and develop, strengthen and maintain customer loyalty and feedback scoresSending information / quotations to customers as requiredA Position Description is available on request.Qualifications and Experience Our idea candidate is someone that has:A genuine passion for serving customers and for creating value at every opportunityPrevious experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably within the infrastructure or construction industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholdersProficiency in project management tools and the Microsoft Office SuiteA proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCirtex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
