Our talented Performance Reporting team is responsible for the production and delivery of ASB Group's monthly and periodic financial performance reports, including delivering value adding financial information and insights.The roleAs Senior Manager Performance Reporting, you are responsible for managing elements of the ASB Group management reporting process to ensure the integrity and timely delivery of key performance information that supports decision making at the highest levels of management. You will have a balcony view of the Bank's performance, with the opportunity to contribute to the CFO's messaging of key financial insights to the Bank's most senior internal and external stakeholders.As a senior figure within finance, you will operate as 2IC to the Head of Performance Reporting and lead a team of two finance professionals as well as engage and influence at all levels within ASB and CBA.What we are looking forThis is a highly visible role which requires high-quality, insightful executive commentary and therefore we are seeking candidates with a thorough knowledge of management accounting within Financial Services and strong financial and management reporting experience. At least 5 years post-qualified and with excellent problem solving and analytical ability, you will be recognised for your impressive contribution at senior / executive level.
