As the team is geared up to fight these challenges, we are looking for a FCI Intelligence Manager to join our team based at North Wharf in Auckland.You will be lead in developing, improving processes for the Customer Risks team and be responsible for collating and validating intelligence, establishing the credibility of the information supplied and reliability of sources.In the role you will:Conduct research and use this to make informed decisions or recommendations.Identify emerging Fin Crime trends, risks and threats and report on these either verbally or in writing to a variety of stakeholders.Analyse data to make predictions and derive insights.Build relationships and share knowledge and experience within the wider financial crime environment and to stakeholders across the bank.Developing and maintaining key industry, law enforcement, and internal relationships.Nga mea kia whai angitu ahau? | What do I need to be successful?We are ideally looking for someone with the following skills:5+ years experience in a dedicated intelligence role, preferably a leadership role within a financial crime, law enforcement, or defense environment.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills and confidence to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.Ability to identify trends, unearth latent insights, and use knowledge of topical or world events to identify potential impacts to ASB.Ability to think creatively and strategically to successfully mediate and negotiate with individuals and groups internally and externally.Ability to overcome obstacles to cooperation and to foster harmonious relationships.He aha tau e hoki mai ai? | What will you get in return?Company/Culture:  ASB is more than just a place to work.
