Exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant/Assistant Finance Manager to join this large manufacturing organisation in Melbourne's inner suburbs.

Description
This role will be responsible for the below:
Complete all monthly Financial and Cost accounting activities in relation to the site operations
Inventory accounting
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Collate and gather all information required for budgets and forecasts
Finalise the budget and forecast templates and presentation material for management
Analyse actual monthly financial results
Complete Product Costing activities
Ensure SOX compliance

Profile
The successful candidate will be:
Immediately available and comfortable with a 6 month contract
Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
Experience in SAP and ideally a SAP implementation
Experience in SOX
