Your financial acumen will empower you to collaborate closely with key stakeholders, providing meaningful insights and fostering consistency in analytics.Your Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive client margin, pricing, and volume analysesPrepare and update crucial expense analyses, including advertising, promotional spend, and supply chain costsLead and coordinate financial planning activities for the P&L, NOC, and cash flow within the FMCG business unitOffer financial advice and analysis for strategic initiatives, business development, and new opportunitiesSupport evaluations, due diligence, and integration processes for M&A opportunitiesProvide financial oversight and input for contract renewalsPropose, develop, and project manage process improvement initiativesCultivate and maintain active relationships with key stakeholdersYour Qualifications/Skills:Degree in Financial, Business, Economics, or AccountingMembership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) - fully qualifiedMinimum 8 years of finance experience in a medium/large organisation, ideally with 3 years at a team lead or senior level, ideally in FMCGHands on experience in SAP (or similar environment) with expert Power BI skillsProject management experienceVirtual project integration skillsAbility to synthesize complex data for insightful recommendationsChange management expertiseEffective collaboration with cross-functional and cross-divisional teamsStrong communication skillsPersonal Attributes:Natural leader with a track record of leading finance improvement projectsCollaborative approach working with Local Business Unit managers and Corporate Finance teamsStrong work ethic and commitment to ethical standardsSelf-starter seeking career progression in a dynamic commercial environment.How to Apply: If you're ready to make a difference and drive growth at DKSH, apply online with your CV and a Cover Letter outlining your suitability for this exciting Senior Finance Business Partner role.
