As a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our digital marketing services to potential and existing clients. Helping them generate inbound leads, and growing our capabilities in the digital marketing space.About this roleThe role requires a combination of strong customer relationship management skills and technical know-how. You need to be able to setup advanced PPC campaigns including conversion tracking, analyse campaign data to identify what's working and what's not, write ads that get great results, understand the mind of the customer, and overall execute campaigns from start to finish, with success.Partnered with the Managing Director, you will set team objectives in line with business strategy, support, coach and mentor the team to be high performing, running sales coaching sessions and giving individual advice on how best to approach a sales opportunity or deal with a client issue.This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who thrives on building meaningful relationships to help them understand digital marketing, you'll be able to recognise great leads and have a consultative sales process.Skills, traits and experience we would like you to have :3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industryKnowledge and proven abilities to win confidence with business ownersAbility to execute campaign briefs and ensuring campaign delivery: tracking, ongoing optimisation, budget alignment, contribution to insights in post-campaign performance reviews and reportingGoogle & Meta campaign setup, management & optimisation knowledgePassionate and hungry to work in the industry, adaptable and a desire to succeedExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential)Knowledgeable about social media and love discussing what it means for the agency and also the client's business, how they operate, and the challenges they faceA natural problem solver, creative and can see and articulate the opportunities available in the digital landscape in a way that empowers the agency and clients in seizing these opportunitiesYour roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : Meet with current customers to grow and maintain product offeringsMeet with potential new customers to scope digital marketing requirements and sell our productsOptimise performance of existing campaigns.
