Auckland or Wellington Based – Hybrid working Senior Java Developer 8 months contract Auckland or Wellington Based – Hybrid working New contract opportunity for a Senior Java Developer.

About the role: Write quality, maintainable code with extensive test coverage in a fast-paced professional software engineering environment. Be involved in the full software development life cycle, from feature planning and estimation, through development, to delivery, testing and support. An ideal applicant will have the following skills: Experience in microservice development, using technology such as Spring Boot, Java, JSON and XML data formats. Basic UNIX commands Experience with the REST-based APIs design and development of APIs API, SOAP & SAAS Integration experience Knowledge Jenkins CI automation tool or another CI / CD tools Banking or Financial Services You must be in New Zealand with the legal right to work.
