We are making significant investment into new and improved infrastructure for NZ Post.As part of our 10-year plan for growth, we have invested significantly into our parcel network. Our new Auckland Processing Centre is due to go live in April 2024, following on from our successful launches of new Super Depots in Christchurch and Wellington in 2022. Our Senior Change Managers have the opportunity to shape the future of NZ Post and make a meaningful impact on the way we operate. They operate with a business lens and are working hard to educate and elevate change practices throughout our business. Our change managers ensure the successful adoption of critical business change as we transform ourselves into our future vision. You will provide leadership across NZ Post's strategic change agenda, ensuring the successful design and implementation of appropriate change strategies to support the realisation of business benefits. You'll drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of, and proficiency with, the changes that impact our business and our people. As an experienced Change professional, you'll enjoy managing, implementing, facilitating and monitoring enterprise-wide transformational change, within large, multi-site, national organisations. Naturally you'll be a team player, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to pick things up quickly. You will be comfortable working with autonomy and being the sole change lead on your programmes of work. Our change team people are geographically spread around New Zealand, supporting our key strategic enterprise projects. However, the team comes together to, support and share knowledge and best practice. Ideally you will have experience operating within a similar working environment. Alongside the above, you'll also bring: A reputation for collaborative working, through relationships and partnershipsSolid senior-level stakeholder management experience on complex and/or sensitive programmes - building credibility and impact with peers and leaders will come naturallyThe foresight to anticipate change impacts, planning, risk and dependency challenges and the skills to mitigate themThe ability to get stuck in, roll up your sleeves and deliver resultsThe tenacity to educate and grow awareness about the benefits of change managementExperience of operating change within unionised environments would be advantageousExperience of implementing change using Prosci or similar methodologies, together with the insight to flex and customise approaches to efficiently deliver business outcomesNZ Post is an iconic organisation with a rich history and bright future.
