The Senior Change Manager is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following:
Leading complex change initiatives, including end to end design and delivery of the change approach.
Working closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic change advice and reporting, to influence the planning of change activity
You will also be responsible for all the change artefacts and delivering change activity through to benefits realisation
Monitoring the progress of the change plans and recommend opportunities, change mitigations and engagement strategies to evolve and adjust the change approach as required.

What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience in the delivery of programme and project change management activities in complex environments
Experience across Technology, Process, transformation and people change
Ability to think strategically and understand interdependencies, risk and real issues
Strong coaching skills and an ability to identify the next steps required to provide exceptional change experiences
Pragmatic approach and ability to work within a continuously evolving scope
