The National Ticketing Programme is a significant programme of work in partnership with NZTA and Public Transport Authorities (PTAs) throughout New Zealand to develop one common payments platform and service for all public transport in the country.
This aims to transform the way New Zealanders travel on public transport, on any mode, anywhere in the country, using card or smart devices, consolidated into one easy payment system. It is a critical part of achieving New Zealand ambitions for a safer, more sustainable land transport system.
A new business unit supporting all the partners of NTS will be housed within NZTA - Waka Kotahi and will be responsible for overseeing the running of service and managing the day-to-day operations.
The Senior Change Advisor role has a focus on providing change management support to the workstream that is establishing the new business unit that manages the day-to-day future operations of the service.
This role will suit a project professional, who brings demonstrated change delivery experience and is keen to grow that skillset and is a great opportunity to develop your career in change management.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
An ability to work in fast-paced project environmentsExperience in stakeholder identification and impact analysisA proven track record in achieving resultsStrong customer focus and leadership experienceStrong Change management planning, training design and deliveryExperience in effecting leader-led change, and identifying and implementing change interventionsConfidence in leading change management on tactical projects and to provide insightful and valuable support to leaders in more complex change
You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
