This will involve identifying opportunities for efficiencies and translating them into workflows to be embedded in the new Patient Management System (PMS), and documented in policies and procedures as appropriate.You will drive the roll-out of new processes and support the implementation of the PMS to ensure continuity of workflows.Once implemented, the role will focus on supporting the continuous improvement of internal processes, and further modelling and implementation to support the growth of Magma Healthcare.Key areas of responsibility include:reviewing and rewriting the book on the patient journey through internal systems and workflowsleading continual quality improvement of PMS and all associated systems, processes and statistical reporting, and identifying opportunities for enhanced productivity and efficiencysupporting systems user training and support – formulating and implementing training plans to enhance team understanding and proficiencyinternal project management lead for new systems/processprioritising and escalating support for system issuesmonitoring accuracy and improvements for all interfacesresponsibility for ongoing master data management and updatesgatekeeping the documenting of all system processes, integration architecture and ensuring it is up to date, useful and being utilised by the teamA more detailed Job Description will be made available to short-listed candidates.Background & QualificationsYou will have a background in business systems management and implementation, and process review/writing, ideally with a relevant tertiary business qualification.
