Our leading consumer brands like the Kleenex, Huggies, VIVA, U by Kotex, Poise and Depend improve the lives of people around the world.Kimberly-Clark proudly leads the world in essentials for a better life.About the opportunity:This role is a key contributor to developing KCNZ’s Revenue management discipline to drive sustained profitable growth by maximizing our brand’s & categories revenue potential, across all portfolios.Responsibilities of this role include:Lead the RGM deep dive process, identify and quantify a 3-year pipeline of initiatives supported by strong analytics;Identify opportunities within the Portfolios to improve NRR via price levers and work with Sales to identify executional barriers;Understand Channel pricing relationships and develop assortment or pricing to manage and reduce channel conflict;Apply Brand’s price strategy principles to the portfolio, Promotion Strategy by brand, list price, trade structures , and Discount curves;Be a cross-functional team member in Brand identified IMF projects with accountability of the project’s price pillar;Lead the annual promotional planning workshops to ensure best in class promotional planning and execution of initiatives;Contribute to the Customer category review process and category growth drivers refresh process by delivering shopper, consumer, competitor, macro insights to identify and quantity category growth;Working closely with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Sales, Shopper/Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, and Finance, both locally and with our Australian and APAC teams.About You:Degree qualified in either Business, Finance or Marketing;Thought leader with a finance background;Category and /or Revenue Management experience;Strong financial acumen, commercial capability and analytical skills;Ability to influence & collaborate with key stakeholders;Advanced Excel and Software skills; andPassionate & collaborative communicatorWhat’s on offer:Our Kimberly-Clark employees receive a competitive salary and incentives as well as access to a fantastic range of benefits including career development opportunities, volunteering leave, health and wellness activities, and much more.#Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role's country only.
