A collaborative and innovative work environment that fosters professional growth and development Duties: Facilitate workshops to evaluate business capabilities Capture and consolidate business requirements from people throughout the business Analyse and validate these requirements against existing business processes and systems Perform gap analysis and design solutions that will deliver the outcomes required Define project, scope, benefits and outcomes Translate technical and business terms, ensuring alignment on goals. Required skills: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience across Technology and Transformation desirable Demonstrated experience in gathering and evaluating business requirements and capabilities Familiarity with RFI and RFP processes and their successful implementation Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
