We truly believe that when people achieve their financial goals, their whanau and communities flourish as a result.The purpose of this role is to support business improvement projects and initiatives acting as an intermediary between the business and change community, to enable us to achieve our change agenda.This will include clarifying the business need/improvement opportunities, translating and capturing business requirements, recommending a conceptual design (using appropriate tools and models) to embed new processes and drive solutions.What you'll be busy with:assisting with business problem definition, information collection, analysis and consultation to understand the source and impacts of problems and general problem resolution.analyse and model existing business processes to understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.elicit both high-level and detailed business requirements and assess the risks of various solution options to different requirements.review business processes to gain a complete understanding of current procedures, then identify and document improvements.act as a conduit between technical and business teams.support the development of system and user acceptance test plans in conjunction with technical and business representatives.establish key stakeholder relationships to gain an understanding of the operational model of each part of the organisation to develop an understanding of the key processes within each business unit.What you'll bring:some experience with the development and translation of business requirements.ability to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements.excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to question for greater understanding.strong organisational skills.an understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.intellectual curiosity, tech savvy and eager to learn more.ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise.preferably an understanding of the software development lifecycles (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and experience in the financial industry.Gel with our Values: Own It, We're With You, Do What's Right, One TeamAbout Us:We're on an exhilarating growth journey, and we need exceptional individuals who are ready to embrace our ambitious goals.
