This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it… Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity The Senior Advisor role serves as a subject matter expert, offering valuable insights to senior management and ensuring that the organisation is well-prepared for all types of contingencies, comply with regulations, and foster a culture of resilience and readiness. This role is responsible for providing expert guidance and leadership in the field of emergency management and preparedness. This role plays a critical role in developing and implementing strategies, plans, and programmes to enhance Te Whatu Ora ability to respond to and recover from various emergencies. Several years' experience in emergency management, crisis response, and health leadership roles (in the range of 6+ years). Has experience in a lead role in a Local response. Has previous experience at a local level for developing, maintaining, and influencing mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships. A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
