You will be part of the Monitoring Agency Relationships teamwho manages correspondence from external monitoring agencies such as the Office of the Ombudsman, Privacy Commissioner, Children's Commissioner, Health & Disability Commissioner and Human Rights Commission.
The Senior Adviser will be responsible for overseeing relationship management, advising, coordinating services, and supporting effective Department-wide responses to various external recommendations. You will also be providing advice, assurance, and reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and other Senior Managers.

Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and maintain a broad range of strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide range of stakeholders and audiences, including making presentations to senior staff and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using and interpreting complex information, drawing conclusions and generating alternatives.Demonstrated ability to develop tailored reports that focus on insights to senior leaders in their decision makingDemonstrated ability to act in a collaborative manner and contribute as an effective and influential team member.The midpoint of the salary range is $115,546 and the full range(85%-120%) is $98,215 - $138,656.Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
