About the roleWe are on the search for a Senior Account Manager, this role will manage a large number of client relationships and generate significant advertising revenue for our print and digital brands across a range of products. There is strong momentum within our portfolio and strong YoY growth. We have a broad range of clients across both agency and direct using our media channels to reach highly engaged and influential audiences.You will report to the Sales Director.You will work with both agency and direct clients at all levels of their organisations.This role contributes significantly to the success of Are Media by generating and achieving advertising revenue targets.DutiesThe Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing an existing group of clients across both agency and direct patches, as well as generating new business for the portfolio. You will be familiar with the range of products we can offer as client solutions and be able to appropriately recommend the right solutions so they are effective for each client campaign, as well as ensure these are monetised profitably for Are Media. Duties include:Build and maintain relationships with a large number of clients and agencies, and keep them across Are Media opportunities and news.Proactively and reactively develop and pitch ideas to clients and agencies, ensuring our recommendations are meeting their needs and objectivesAchieve advertising revenue budgets, and find innovative ways to build incremental revenue opportunities into our business.Skills and experience5+ years media sales experience with magazine and digital sales experience required.Strong commercial acumen, and ability to understand a range of client businesses and objectives to effective recommend solutions.Excellent relationship building skills, and a drive to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
