About the opportunity We're seeking a superstar Scrum Master to join T&G's Business Engagement team, an exciting opportunity to make an impact on our global business transformation. Key responsibilities include: Coach delivery teams on Agile practices and Scrum theory Facilitate and support Scrum events: sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Technology Delivery teams, and business stakeholders to identify risks, constraints, and priorities, and drive decision-making Leverage Atlassian tools (Jira / Confluence) to support Agile best-practice Monitor and report on progress, performance, and budgets. Contribute to the Enterprise Portfolio Management Framework (Scaled Agile) We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment with the option to deliver the role from Auckland (Ellerslie) or Hawkes Bay (Whakatu). You'll enjoy being part of a talented Technology team, build relationships across the organisation, and gain exposure to our entire global supply chain.
