Sap Payroll / Hcm Business Analyst & Advisor

We are looking for an SAP HCM / Payroll Advisor / Business Analyst to join our client – a hugely successful company with a phenomenal reputation for excellence and global growth.
This is a permanent role based in Melbourne with travel throughout Australia.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting SAP HCM clients, working on BA activities, Report Building and generally helping clients overcome HCM / Payroll issues and helping them maximize their Payroll solution.
You will also get your hands dirty regarding SAP HCM / Payroll as well as our client’s bespoke solutions by providing clients with value-added advisory services relating to all things HCM / Payroll.
This is an exceptionally rare role that will see you fulfill a high impact BA / Advisory & Client Support role. Key Requirements:A strong core background in SAP HCM/Payroll with a real passion for helping clients maximize their Payroll solutions.A real passion for working onsite with clients in a face to face role, acting as an on-site BA / Consultant and client advisor.Solid On-Prem Experience.Experience in reporting / building reports.Experience with SAP Payroll is critical – you must have New Zealand or Australian Payroll experience (or be ready to up-skill quickly). T&E experience would be ideal too.
