The overriding mission of those who work at this organisation is a desire to improve holistic wellbeing and development for everyone.A Day in the Role:Building positive, trust-based relationships with whanaunga while maintaining their rights and dignityIdentifying and responding to housing support needs and other wellbeing needs, connecting whanaunga to support servicesCollaborating with Maintenance to manage requests impacting well-beingEnsure compliance with tenancy management obligations under the Residential Tenancies ActAdhere to relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and codes of ethics/practice ?
