About the job:Support a team of New Owner Advisors (sales team) to increase the number of approved holiday homes that are available for guests to book.
Day to day you will:
Be the voice of the customers to partnering suppliers via phone and email
Liaise with the New Owner Advisors and Holiday Managers regarding onboarding tasks
Accurately create property listings, including writing the listing to promote the property
Ensure all homes meet all checks in order to onboard them as new listings
Facilitate an amazing customer experience for homeowners
Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to better the onboarding process
Juggle various new listings at any given point of time that are at different stages of the onboarding process and follow up with internal and external customers to move new listings along
Hours:Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Duration:ASAP - for at least 3 months with possibility to extend

About you:
Experience in contact centre environment and contact centre operations exposure
Experience in customer service, marketing, admin and/ or project coordination in any combination
Organised – able to prioritise on the fly
Clear communication skills; able to accurately relay detailed and succinct information
Unflappable – this is a busy role that will sometime require you to take charge conversations and be assertive to meet tight deadlines and get your work completed
Self-starter who is motivated by doing a good job and supporting a team. You don’t have to be asked to get things moving!
