GS Hall are a leading provider of ingredients to manufactures across New Zealand and Asia Pacific. With an energetic and supportive team sitting in their Mt Wellington office, they represent a great opportunity to work with experts in their field, while having a good time doing it. Due to internal growth they are now looking for someone to join the team in sales support. You will report through to Sales and Operations, while working closely with them from the beginning, to the end of the sales process.The position will see you involved in:
Working with the Sales & Operations Coordinator and Procurement Manager to assist in scheduling products to meet customer demand
Liaising with customers
Providing sales support
Working effectively with key staff
Processing/entering orders
Invoicing sales orders / Processing credits
Who are we looking for?Perhaps you have had a couple of years in a customer service or sales support and are now looking to take a step up into a role where there are plenty of opportunities. The ideal person will be confident, willing to learn and be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
