Seeking experienced Sales Support Coordinator for Market leader based in Penrose
Be involved in a wide range of support duties across Sales & Marketing function
Provide PA and Administrative support to Senior Management
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of New Zealand's most successful leaders in the technology space. They are very well respected and have grown to be the supplier of choice for many customers across New Zealand.
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Support / PA to be actively involved in supporting a team of sales people and providing PA support to the Management team.
This roe is a critical role to the smooth running of the Sales and Marketing functions as well as adding value to the rest of the wider office team.
The ROLE:
Sales Support Coordination/ Administration
Support Sales team in sales administration
Mange the CRM solution for all customer details
Manage the ERP sales order entry in JDE Edwards
Maintain product information and assist with the preparation of customer proposals
Ensure all weekly call reports are delivered by sales team
Manage the distribution of inbound leads and sales enquiries to the relevant sales team member
Ensure the smooth coordination of customer installations – review and update weekly
Manage and forecast sales pipelines for team across the country
Assist with the demand planning of stock against current sales / and pipelines sales and projects.
Assist the sales team in reviewing new customer applications
Personal Assistant Support:
A variety of business oriented administrative tasks to support a busy manager
Diary Management, organization of events, meetings, calendar, travel, accommodation
Preparing various business reports and associated administration
Business communications and negotiations
General day to day running of the office
Marketing Support (about 10% of the role)
Contribute to the consistent application of marketing initiatives
Assist in the co-ordination, development and implementation of marketing plans.
Liaise with the offshore marketing team to provide promotional marketing material.
Maintain relevant marketing databases.
Be actively involved in the organisation of trade shows, exhibitions and product launches
Carry out general day to day marketing tasks.
Skills and Attributes desired:
Experience in CRM administration
The ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a high degree of initiative
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer focus
Solid project management skills in the coordination of both internal and external resources
A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Previous experience using JDE would be really beneficial
Proficient business writing and presentation skills
Reporting savvy; client reports, sales activity, forecasting, risk mitigation reporting
Excellent organisational skills, be one step ahead
Be able to influence a lively bunch of Salespeople
You are a positive, confident support person, with a strong can-do attitude, and want to join a group of great people who are passionate about what they do.
This is a key hire in the company's sales team, and we need to find someone who will be a rock to the team - the go-to person, someone who can keep them all ticking.
