TheOpportunity We are seeking adynamic S&OP Manager to join our Operations team and drive our Sales andOperations Planning processes to new heights.
Based at ourglobal head office in Hamilton, this is a full time, onsite role withflexibility for the right candidate. As the S&OP Manager, you will play a keyrole in aligning our sales, production, and supply chain functions to meet ourbusiness objectives. You will lead the development and execution of ourS&OP process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensureseamless integration of sales forecasts, production plans, and inventorymanagement strategies.
To be considered for this role, you willhave: Minimum of 5 years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, or relatedroles.Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing S&OPprocesses in a complex business environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and makeinformed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in S&OP / IBP software/tools(SAP is a plus).Why Gallagher?
