My clients are looking for a Sales Customer Service Officer who will be responsible for assisting in maintaining a general point of contact for retail, commercial, and end consumers.Opportunities like this are highly sought after and don't come along often. If you've worked in Customer Service or Administration previously, pride yourself on your great customer interaction, and are very analytically minded then this is the role for you!Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:Order Entry/ Order Management - accurately and efficiently enter email and collated orders.Liaise with Retail Partners and field Sales Team about relevant issues and validationsCustomer Service - Answering all incoming calls within minimal waiting time, provide order and stock status as well as reportsManage all order-related inquiries from Retail Partners, and Field Sales Teams, provide product information about features and specificationsSales Rebate Analyst Support - Investigate and verify rebate payment against accrual figures and sales figuresProcessing all types of rebate claims and daily monitoring of chargebacksInter-departmental & External Communications - Liaise with Finance and Accounts teams to reconcile payments, liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotesTo be successful in this role:Previous customer service experience is essential, previous experience in a Call Centre Environment preferredAbility to process (enter-manage) approximately 80-100 transactions per day in a timely and accurate mannerAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced changing environmentGERP (Oracle-Base) System knowledgeProven telephone communications skills with the ability to obtain and relay detailed informationWhat's in it for you?There are many benefits to this role, including location, a great company to work for, and a competitive salary!You'll be joining a fantastic team who will feel like family!
