The Company
Our client is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated business who have been operating for a number of years and have sites nationwide. They are a trusted and award-winning brand within the building industry who have developed a team of hardworking and experienced staff in an environment that encourages excellence.
The Opportunity
The successful individual for this multifaceted role will ideally have a background in sales coordination, contract support, administration and will have experience providing a high level of customer service to potential customers visiting the showroom and knows the importance of following up with those customers.
You will be based in the Showroom Saturday and Sunday, 1 pm – 4 pm in addition to administration focused days based out of the Dunedin Office, which is Monday and Friday. Knowledge of the building industry or previous showroom experience is preferred for this role as you will be required to provide accurate industry-specific related questions.
Key Requirements:
Showroom support and coordination
Sales & contract support and administration
Follow up with customers
Data entry and general administration
Build and maintain key relationships
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Part-time role Mon/Fri/Sat/Sun
Valid NZ Driver’s License
