As a Sales Assistant or Senior Sales Assistant, you'll join our passionate and knowledgeable Papanui team committed to making the world a happier place through the love of pets.
We have two permanent, part-time positions available with the following shifts on offer:
Sales Assistant - working 9.5 hours per week:
Thursdays 9am-1pm and;Saturdays 11:15am - 5:15pmSenior Sales Assistant - working 29.5 hours per week:
Sundays: 8am-12pmMondays: 12pm-6pm Tuesdays: 2:15pm – 6:15pm Wednesdays 10am - 6.15pm and;Thursday 10am-6:45pmWhat will I be doing? This isn't your regular customer service role. Here at Animates, the advice you give and the products you sell make a real difference to the lives of pets.
Our values-led culture and extensive training will develop your expertise to provide specialist nutrition advice, suggest educational toys and know what fish species make good tank-mates + much more! Other daily tasks include fulfilling eCommerce orders, and you may be required to lift heavy items e.g. bags of dog food.
What we're looking for: You'll pride yourself on delivering customer service excellence, proactively seek solutions and be committed to ongoing learning.
To be successful you'll also have:
