Sales Assistant

We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant as well as Marketing students who wants to do paid Internship to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation. You may also be required to do some basic administration tasks.
In this position, candidates must be able to commit to 20 hours per week.Requirements: Experience in retail or sales management in the energy, utilities or a similar sector Proven experience in leading a high performance sales team and consistently delivering sales targets and objectives Strong sales management competency to ensure Reliance attracts and retains the best sales people and has the optimal structures in place to support a high performance commercial sales team Commercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation skills to ensure all sales transactions deliver the best possible financial outcomes for Reliance utilities Strong attention to detail to ensure all internal processes, reporting, and compliances requirements are set-up and followed through to the highest standards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Manage point-of-sale processes Keep up to date with product information Accurately describe product features and benefits Follow all companies policies and procedures If you are a strong sales leader and would enjoy being a part of our close-knit high performance team, please do not hesitate to apply for this role.
