You will continue to promote and grow our safety culture and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.Utilising your excellent communication skills will be key while supporting and coaching both managers and team members to find solutions that improve both how we work and what we offer as an organisation. Strong written and analytical skills are also advantageous, as this role will report to elected members on a 6-weekly basis.Your enthusiasm and commitment to this role will drive high levels of employee engagement and will result in best practices becoming our BAU. It is highly unlikely that any two days will be the same due to the breadth of the Council's activities and workforce which includes horticulturalists, librarians, water rangers, lifeguards, civil defence volunteers, engineers, and accountants, to name only a few.
