Within the team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Supporting the delivery of quality by our audit practice to clients including internal relationship management.Maintaining and reporting from a number of PwC bespoke databases and systems.Providing systems support to Financial Assurance, and building an excellent knowledge base on our systems and how they interact.Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.Taking minutes, arranging various R&Q meetings, monitoring the R&Q inboxes, R&Q calendar and general ad-hoc duties.Developing and executing project plans and deliverables.Communicating with Partners and staff on the delivery of our quality management framework.Nga pukenga kei a koe / Skills and experiencePrevious administrative experience, preferably in professional services or with larger public sector organisations.Advanced Excel skills and experience using large data sets would be expected. While not essential, knowledge of Power BI would be an added bonus.Risk management experience would be preferable, but not essential if a quick learner.Strong written communication skills and prior experience producing high quality reports.Proactive, with personal ambition, drive, initiative and curiosity.
