Restock shelves whilst managing the layout and displays within the shop to help maximise salesAdapt to changing weather conditions and advising guests accordingly About You Previous experience in a supervisory role within snowsports retailStrong product knowledge of current goggle, helmet, gloveand outerwear technologyOutstanding customer service and leadership skillsAn understanding of the importance of being a team player and small group dynamics. Solid understanding with Point of Sale including cashiering, end of day reconciliation, and money handling proceduresBe able to multi-task, problem-solve and work well under pressure An understanding that employment is subject to the vagaries of the weather and the hours of work cannot be guaranteed Further Information Please note: This role may be based at Coronet Peak or The Remarkables in Queenstown.
