Job Description:
We are looking for a Retail Shoe Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, knowledgeable about our products and able to assist in driving sales. As a Retail Shoe Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting them in finding the right shoes, answering their questions, and making recommendations based on their needs.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and visually appealing
• Maintain knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Assist in achieving sales targets and goals
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
• Participate in inventory management and restocking of merchandise
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail sales preferred
• Knowledge of footwear products and industry trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic math and computer skills
