Retail Operations Manager - South Island

We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Manager based in the South Island. In this role you will be responsible for driving the profitability and sales of our retail stores throughout the South Island region. Bridgestone is the largest tyre company in the world and the number one tyre brand in New Zealand. Bridgestone New Zealand's network of stores nationwide includes Bridgestone Select and Bridgestone Tyre Centre. About the Role: This is a fundamental position that will see you responsible for ensuring the South Island retail stores are exceeding sales targets and budgets, maintaining a high level of operational excellence, service delivery and compliance. You will need to have a safety-first approach, making sure all stores adhere to strict health and safety policies and procedures, as well as the ability to drive growth within your store networks. People leadership is a crucial part of this position as you will also be accountable for communicating business performance, operations, and sales and marketing activities to your stores.
