Retail Operations Manager - North Island (Central)We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Manager, based in the North Island. You will be responsible to drive the sales and profitability of several company owned retail stores which will include stores in New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Hawkes Bay, Wellington, Levin and Masterton.Key to the success of this position:Proven experience in effectively managing people is essential, as well as the ability to develop sales processes and customer service excellence in all stores.The monitoring of budgets and profitability of all stores and assisting the store managers to achieve their targets, increasing turnover through development of the existing customer base and the procurement of new business in conjunction with the store managers, while maintaining and developing the brand identity of the stores.A strong focus on Health and Safety, immaculate store presentation and compliance is essential.
