Retail Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales orientated individual to fulfill the role of Sales Associate at our Auckland Henderson Store.
We are a branded street wear store that specialist in design and prints. We are seeking team members who are self-motivated individuals and who have the right attitude, has the understanding of hip hop culture and has an understanding of what excellent customer service means. Our ideal candidates will be brand focused with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets. Flexibility is required over busy periods.Key responsibilities of the role: Provide exceptional customer service and support Drive sales through providing customers with informative product knowledge relating to headwear and apparel Ensure all visual merchandising standards are upheld in store Assist with stock management including unpacking, processing, replenishing and maintaining stockroom Desire to challenge yourself to achieve individual and company objectives Support the store to operate efficiently, in compliance with internal policies and procedures To be successful you will have Energetic and positive can-do attitude Strong understanding of Street Culture Exceptional presentation A keen interest in retail, fashion and current trends
