Reporting to the Resident Relationship Manager, and working closely with hospitality and home services staff, you will ensure our residents are provided with a professional quality service. You will be responsible for providing a vibrant, warm, welcoming and quality environment for our residents, their families and visitors that reflects the Foundation's values. Specific duties include: providing resident induction programmesundertaking welfare visitsupdating resident databasewelcoming back returning residentsassisting with delivery of optional services (e.g. room service/meal delivery, wellness checks, medication administration)assist with transportation on siteon site first responder dutiesgeneral administrationIf you have a passion for customer service, display strong interpersonal skills and have proven experience working in healthcare, administration, retail or hospitality then we want to hear from you.
